New Delhi: Indian cricket star Virat Kohli was spotted having a humorous interaction with former England player Kevin Pietersen following India’s dominant victory over England in the first ODI in Nagpur. Kohli was absent from the match due to a knee injury, leaving the enthusiastic crowd at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium disappointed.
After India’s triumph, Kohli was seen near the boundary, sharing a light-hearted conversation with Pietersen. In a video that’s been circulating widely on social media, Kohli was observed pointing to his knee brace and saying something that had Pietersen laughing uncontrollably.
The Indian batsman appeared to be in high spirits as he left his former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) teammate. Pietersen jokingly swatted his hand away, much to the delight of the crowd, who thoroughly enjoyed the interaction between the two.
