New Delhi: As the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 draws near, teams are gearing up for the season with training camps. The festival of Holi provided a perfect chance for players to bond and celebrate the festival of colours with enthusiasm.
Both the men’s and women’s Delhi Capitals teams joined in the celebrations on Friday. The Women’s team, preparing for their third consecutive WPL final on Saturday, kicked off the festivities a day earlier at their hotel in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, the men’s team, who are in New Delhi for their pre-season camp, also marked the occasion on Friday. The squads came together for a joyous celebration filled with fun and team spirit.
In Kolkata, players from KKR celebrated Holi at their camp, while the Gujarat Titans squad immersed themselves in the celebrations in Ahmedabad.
The IPL 2025 teams have started to converge at their respective training camps, with Ahmedabad hosting some players in preparation for the season that kicks off on March 22. The team shared images of the players enjoying the festival and joining in the celebrations.
Punjab Kings also observed Holi on Friday during their training camp at the HPCA stadium in Dharamsala. Players gathered in the picturesque location to focus on strategies while engaging in the festive cheer.
The defending champions, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), embraced Holi with vibrant celebrations at their team hotel in Kolkata. Both players and support staff took a break from intense training sessions to partake in the joyous occasion, sharing laughter, colours, and a sense of camaraderie.
