New Delhi: The Indian cricket squad for the differently-abled is gearing up to face off against Pakistan in a duo of matches for the Physical Disabled Cricket Champions Trophy 2025. The exciting event is scheduled from January 12th to 21st next year in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The notable news of India participating in this prestigious match series was confirmed by the Disabled Cricket Council of India (DCCI). The gathering, featuring three robust teams, is set to showcase the exceptional skills and indomitable spirit of these cricketers overcoming physical challenges.
For the first week of January, 2025, Team India is heading to an intense training camp in Jaipur. They’re prepping big time for the upcoming tournament featuring seven thrilling matches, leading up to the grand finale. The tournament kick-starts with a match against Team Pakistan. Each team in the fray will have to battle us twice, intensifying the competition.
