Delhi, Goa top list on loos for schoolgirls, Supreme Court told​

More than 12 years after the Supreme Court ordered separate toilets for girls in schools, only Goa, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Puducherry are fully compliant. Most north-eastern states and Jammu & Kashmir lag behind the national average. The Samagra Shiksha scheme has facilitated significant progress with 97.5% compliance nationwide.
